Made-to-Order Products
All products at Thoughtfully Wild are printed to order specifically for you. This means we create each item only after you place your order, reducing waste and ensuring quality.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on orders that have been produced to your specifications and approved by you.
However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if:
Your item arrives damaged during shipping
Your item is faulty or defective
We made an error in production that differs from your approved design
How to Report an Issue
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@thoughtfullywild.com with:
Your order number
Photos clearly showing the damage or fault
A brief description of the issue
We'll review your claim and respond within 2 business days with next steps.
Approved Designs
For wedding stationery and custom orders, all designs require your explicit approval before printing. Once you approve a design and we proceed with production, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded unless the final product is damaged or faulty.
