How it works
Simply choose a design you like, choose the items that you need, and follow the process listed below. If you have any questions at all, please don't hesitate to get in touch with me!
Firstly, once you have decided you would like to have semi-customisable stationery, have a browse of the collections and choose your favourite.
Fill out my enquiry form with as much information as you can, then I will get in touch with a rough quote. At this stage, please also let us know if you have any design changes you would like making to the collection you've chosen (such as changing format or layouts of any of the items, changing colours, etc) so we can factor in additional design time to your quote.
I will most likely need more information from you before giving you a finalised quote, as I truly believe couples should only order what they actually want and need, should never feel pressured to order more, and should never feel like they have to order embellishments or extras just because Pinterest says to.
I also offer the option to have a design consultation video call with me to discuss your ideas. I especially recommend this if you would like to make changes to your chosen collection.
Once you've chosen your design and decided on any changes you'd like making, I'll finalise the quote with you and send you a form to supply all of your wedding information.
The full design fee is due at this stage to secure your project slot and begin work.
Once I am happy I have understood what you are looking for and have collated all of the relevant information from you I will begin the design process.
I start by making any design changes you have requested to your chosen collection. I then fill out your details into the design of all of the items you have chosen and send you digital proofs for your approval. You will have the opportunity at this stage to make one round of small changes to the designs before approving them.
Once the designs are approved, I then roll out any other items that need creating (e.g. if you are having addressed envelopes printing or individual names adding to RSVP cards). I will then send all designs to you for your final approval (especially for you to double check details, names, addresses etc) before moving to production.
Once the designs are complete, I'll send you digital proofs for your approval. When you've approved the proofs and paid the full print and production costs, I'll move into production.
Print costs are quoted separately once designs are finalised, and payment is required in full before production begins as materials are purchased specifically for your order.
If you have design changes at this stage, I'll provide a quote for the time these amendments will take.
Following approval, I'll begin producing and assembling your stationery. Print production is handled through a combination of in-house production and a carefully selected network of trusted suppliers, chosen because they share the same values as the studio.
Invitation suites are supplied ready for you to place into envelopes (which are included). Sending out your invitations, making the trip to the Post Office, and celebrating afterwards is one of those wedding planning moments worth doing together.
When your stationery is printed and assembled, I'll pack it carefully and get it ready to send to you. Different postage options are available depending on your location and what's being sent.
I don't offer a delivery service, but you're always welcome to collect your completed stationery from the studio in Manchester. Get in touch to discuss the options available.
