How it works
Simply choose a design you like, choose the items that you need, and follow the process listed below. If you have any questions at all, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us!
Firstly, once you have decided you would like to have semi-customisable stationery, have a browse of the collections and choose your favourite.
Fill out our enquiry form with as much information as you can, then we will get in touch with a rough quote. At this stage, please also let us know if you have any design changes you would like making to the collection you've chosen (such as changing format or layouts of any of the items, changing colours, etc) so we can factor in additional design time to your quote.
We will most likely need more information from you before giving you a finalised quote, as we truly believe couples should only order what they actually want and need, should never feel pressured to order more, and should never feel like they have to order embellishments or extras just because Pinterest says to.
We also offer the option to have a design consultation video call with us to discuss your ideas. We especially recommend this if you would like to make changes to your chosen collection.
Once you have chosen your design and decided on any changes you would like making, we will finalise the quote with you and send you a form to supply all of your wedding information for us to work with.
You will have to pay a 50% deposit at this stage to book the time within the studio.
Once we are happy we have understood what you are looking for and have collated all of the relevant information from you we will begin the design process.
We start by making any design changes you have requested to your chosen collection. We then fill out your details into the design of all of the items you have chosen and send you digital proofs for your approval. You will have the opportunity at this stage to make one round of small changes to the designs before approving them.
Once the designs are approved, we then roll out any other items that need creating (e.g. if you are having addressed envelopes printing or individual names adding to RSVP cards). We will then send all designs to you for your final approval (especially for you to double check details, names, addresses etc) before moving to production.
Once the designs are complete, we will send you digital proofs for your approval. When you have approved the digital proofs and paid the remaining 50% of the order invoice, we then move into production.
If on the rare chance you have design changes to make at this stage, we will then provide you with a quote for the time these amends will take.
Following approval, we will then begin producing and assembling your stationery. Where possible, invitation suites and save the dates, are produced in house. To produce signage and other on the day items we rely on a trusted selection of suppliers we have, all chosen because they adhere to the same values as we do within the studio.
We build the invitation suites and supply them ready for you to add them into envelopes (which we supply) yourselves. We believe sending out the invitations, taking the trip to the Post Office and then celebrating afterwards is one of the important moments of wedding planning to experience together.
When all your semi-custom stationery is printed and assembled, we then pack it carefully and get it ready to send to you. We offer different postage options depending on your location and what is being sent.
We do not offer a delivery service, but you are always welcome to come and collect your completed stationery from our studio in Manchester if you like. Speak to us about the different options available.
