Wedding Stationery Pricing
Planning your wedding stationery budget? I believe in transparent pricing from the start, so you can make informed decisions about what works for you.
My pricing is always made up of two parts: a design fee that covers my time (consultation, creating your design, revisions, and preparing print-ready files) and a print cost that covers the physical items themselves.
Both are listed separately on this page and on every quote I send, so there are no hidden costs and no surprises.
Disclaimer
Prices shown are correct as of February 2026. I review my print prices periodically and will always confirm current pricing in your quote before any payment is taken.
Pre-Wedding: Design Fees
The design fee is a one-off charge that covers everything from first conversation to print-ready artwork. It's paid once per project, regardless of how many items are in your suite.
Bespoke Design

Design fee: from £350
This covers standard bespoke design work (approximately 7 hours) and includes:
-

-

-
Original design concepts

-
Three rounds of revisions
For projects involving complex custom illustrations, detailed venue artwork, or intricate hand-drawn maps, I'll provide a separate quote based on the time required.

View the collection designs here.
Save the Date Cards
Bespoke Save the Date card design, created to match your style before your invitation suite is finalised.
Design fee: £150
-
This covers standard bespoke design work (approximately 3 hours) and includes:
-
Initial consultation to understand your vision
-
Original design concepts
-
Artwork preparation for printing
-
Font and image licensing
-
Three rounds of revisions
If you later choose an invitation suite in the same style, the invitation design fee is £150 - the research and concept work will already be done. A completely new design direction would be quoted as a fresh bespoke project.
Pre-Wedding: Print Costs
These prices are per item and are separate from the design fee above. They're based on my choice of recycled paper stocks and standard finishes. If you'd like different materials or specialty finishes, I'll quote those separately.
Remember - for invitations & Save the Dates you will want to calculate the number of households you will be sending them to, not the number of guests!

On the Day: Design Fees
Welcome signs, table plans, menus, place cards, and other on the day items can be arranged 2–3 months before your wedding. Like your invitation stationery, these are priced in two parts: a design fee for my time, and print costs for the items themselves. Both are shown separately below.
On the Day design is priced as a full suite fee, because designing everything together (same style, same layout logic, same files) is more efficient than designing items separately, and that saving gets passed on to you.

Individual Items
Just need one or two pieces? I can quote individually - signs and table plans from £50 each, menus from £50 plus a per-item population fee.
If you find yourself adding items, I'll let you know when the full suite fee becomes better value.
Design fee: from £50 per item (plus print costs as below)
Place card and menu population is included in the per-item print cost as the time required depends on your guest count. For projects involving complex custom illustrations I'll provide a separate quote.
On the Day: Print Costs

Money-Saving and Sustainable Options
You don't need every piece of stationery the wedding industry promotes. Here are some practical ways to reduce costs without compromising what matters:
-
Combine information – put RSVP details on your details card rather than a separate card
-
Print double-sided – use the reverse of your invitation for event information
-
Go digital for RSVPs – a wedding website handles responses and keeps paper to what's genuinely useful
-
Skip what won't be read – individual menus are lovely, but a table menu card serves the same purpose for a fraction of the cost
-
Order only what you need – on the day items can be ordered closer to your wedding once your guest count is confirmed
I'm always happy to talk through what makes sense for your day, your guests, and your budget.

Pricing
How Pricing Works
1. We discuss your needs
I'll ask about your wedding, your guest count, what information you need to share, and your budget.
2. I provide a detailed quote
Based on our conversation, I'll recommend what you actually need and cost it clearly (design fee and print costs shown separately).
3. We explore options together
If budget is a concern, I'll suggest ways to simplify without compromising on what matters. On the day items can always be scoped and quoted separately, closer to your wedding date.
