You've put the work in, and you've designed something you're proud of. Now you just want to know it looks as good as it should before it's printed or shared with clients.
Refined & Ready is a design review service for small business owners and solopreneurs who want a professional eye on their DIY marketing materials before they're finalised. I'll go through your document and tidy up anything that's letting it down - alignment, consistency, spacing, readability, and the small details that make a big difference to how professional something looks.
I won't change your design direction or your brand decisions, I’ll just make sure everything is executed as well as it can be.

What I'll look at
Alignment and margins across all pages, font consistency and sizing, line lengths and readability, spacing and layout, and anything else that's stopping your document from looking polished and print or client ready.
What's not included
This service is a design review and tidy-up, not a redesign. I won't make changes to your overall design direction, colour palette, or brand decisions.
If your document needs more significant design work, I'll let you know and we can talk about whether a full project is the right next step.

Pricing
All prices are in GBP. Payment is required before work begins.
Single / Simple Item
A single-page design or standalone asset (a flyer, business card, social graphic, or similar)
£25
Shorter Document
A document of up to 5 pages (a brochure, short presentation, or simple leaflet)
£50
Longer Document
A document of 6 to 15 pages (a proposal, pitch deck, workbook, or workshop materials)
£75
Documents over 15 pages are quoted separately - get in touch to discuss.

How it works
1. Get in touch to tell me what you need and share a link to your document.
2. Make a copy of your file before sharing it with me - I'll work on the copy only and can't be responsible for any loss of original files.
3. Once payment is received, I'll review your document and return it to you within 3 working days.
4. I'll include a short note explaining what I've changed and why, so you understand the decisions made.
File types accepted
Canva (shared as an editable link), Adobe files (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, XD), and Google Docs or Slides.
