About the Session
A one-hour video call where I review your brand and marketing materials and give you an honest picture of how things are coming across. I'll look at whether your visual identity is consistent across the places you show up, whether your brand feels right for the audience you're trying to reach, and whether your marketing materials are clearly communicating what makes you different. This could cover your logo and brand colours, your social media presence, your printed materials, or a combination, depending on what's most useful to you. After the call, you'll receive a PDF summary of the key points covered and a prioritised list of recommendations to take away. There's no obligation to work with me further, and you're welcome to take those recommendations wherever is most helpful to you. If you go on to book a project with me within 60 days of your session, the cost of this review will be deducted from your project quote. Once your booking is confirmed, I'll send you a video call link for the session. Includes: 60-minute video call, PDF summary sent within 3 working days.
Booking Policy
Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance and I'll be happy to arrange an alternative time. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are non-refundable, as this time has been reserved and prepared for specifically for you. If I need to cancel or reschedule for any reason, I'll let you know as soon as possible and offer you an alternative date or a full refund. Late Arrivals & No-Shows If you're running late, please let me know as soon as possible. Sessions will run for the remainder of the booked time and will not be extended beyond the original end time. If you do not attend your session without prior notice, the session fee is non-refundable and no rescheduling will be offered without a new booking and payment. Scope of Service These sessions cover design feedback only. Website Sense-Check sessions focus on visual design, layout, structure, and brand consistency, and do not include technical support, SEO, or development advice. Brand & Marketing Review sessions focus on visual identity and marketing materials and do not include social media management, copywriting, or paid advertising guidance. Recommendations provided during sessions are professional guidance based on the information available at the time. Outcomes cannot be guaranteed, and responsibility for implementing any changes rests with the client. PDF Summary A written PDF summary of key recommendations will be sent to you within 3 working days of your session. Confidentiality Any information you share during your session will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
