Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance and I'll be happy to arrange an alternative time. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are non-refundable, as this time has been reserved and prepared for specifically for you. If I need to cancel or reschedule for any reason, I'll let you know as soon as possible and offer you an alternative date or a full refund. Late Arrivals & No-Shows If you're running late, please let me know as soon as possible. Sessions will run for the remainder of the booked time and will not be extended beyond the original end time. If you do not attend your session without prior notice, the session fee is non-refundable and no rescheduling will be offered without a new booking and payment. Scope of Service These sessions cover design feedback only. Website Sense-Check sessions focus on visual design, layout, structure, and brand consistency, and do not include technical support, SEO, or development advice. Brand & Marketing Review sessions focus on visual identity and marketing materials and do not include social media management, copywriting, or paid advertising guidance. Recommendations provided during sessions are professional guidance based on the information available at the time. Outcomes cannot be guaranteed, and responsibility for implementing any changes rests with the client. PDF Summary A written PDF summary of key recommendations will be sent to you within 3 working days of your session. Confidentiality Any information you share during your session will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
